Mayor Rob Ford Wants to Close TTC's Scarborough Light Transit in 2015

Mayor Rob Ford wants to close the Scarborough Light Transit in 2015 and not replace it till 2022.
Where is the common sense here?
The man is ridiculous and doesn't give ahoot about the people he represents unless they're rich.
People will be rioting in the streets. Well they should! Fiord is nuts!

Oh Yeah Mayor Ford We Don't Need More Violent Fighting!

Wonderful Mayor Rob Ford of Toronto (I'm being sarcastic here) thinks it would be a good idea to have Mixed Martial Arts taught in Toronto schools.
Where's the common sense here?
We have enough sports and wrestling is good enough for youth to get rid of extra energy or other sports.
Mixed Martial Arts is particularly violent and we don't need to encourage bloody noses and faces etc!
We need more mentors and encouragement for disadvantaged students to feel loved and feel they are worthy of friendship rather than become bullies because they don't think they are as good as other people.
In closing I must say we don't need young men to be encouraged to fight and get maimed for money: we already have that in boxing and hockey!

Man Falls Off Balcony: More Lack of Common Sense

A man fell off of a 6th floor balcony in Toronto last night.
He survived. Maybe he appreciates life more now that he has a second chance?
Why don't people learn about common sense from their parents?
Lack of common sense causes emotional sufferring for those that survive the reckless!

More Children Falling With Fatal Injuries.

This morning or last night a child fell off of an upper floor in a building in the Toronto area, and this was inside of the building.
It was a place which resembles a mezzanine concept. How did the young child get away from the parents and do this.
Both parents were present.
When will parents become more vigilant and observant?!
This is necessary at all times.
In addition baby-sitters must be vigilant and mature.
They are not homework supervisors they must function as baby-sitters, and must keep the children in their sight as much as possible.
Obviously the children or sitter needs to use the bathroom sometimes, but that should be about the only tme the children should be out of their sight.
Not every child is a genius and children under 6 years of age are extremely curious and can be very impulsive.
Especially those under 4 years of age.
Please pray for the parents.
REMEMBER: Keep those windows and balcony doors locked when you are not beside the children.
God Bless you all.

Common Sense: Needs To Be Taught by Example

Common sense is a life preserving and protecting ability that is either taught by a parent, or learned by a child by the parent's example and by self-experience or the experiences of others that a child sees happen etc.
In today's world, at least in Canada and the United States there seems to be too much emphasis on success and learning and recreation, and almost none about what happens when you do the wrong thing, which is part of common sense.
This affects finances, health, education, careers and personal and professional relationships.
Parents must start behaving within the limits of their budgets and physical abilities and eating properly so that their children will learn these things by example.
In addition, a parent whose child wants something that the kid next door has, and which the parent cannot afford, must explain that the family doesn't have that much money as the family next door and that that is why the child cannot have it.
That is NOT cruelty or being mean!
Wake up and smell the coffee!!
I hope to write more on this topic very soon.
Oh yes.... if you have small children and live in an apartment, keep the windows and balcony and patio doors locked when you are not beside the child, especially if the child is young. Use your common sense!!
Too many children are falling out of windows and off of balconies!
